shipping + pick up

All kul candles are individually hand dipped + decorated in Toronto, Canada. We do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, once payment clears.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-6 business days of placing your order. There may be some exceptions. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays. If you have ordered multiple items, they will ship together as one shipment, when all items are complete/ready.

Once your order is filled and shipped, we will email you a shipping notification along with your tracking number. As we cannot guarantee delivery times, we highly recommend placing any time sensitive orders well in advance!

Please note:
kul candles is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or otherwise undelivered packages, or packages that have been delayed or damaged, once they leave the studio.

pick up

We offer pick-up at our studio in Toronto, Canada. At checkout, please choose the ‘pick-up’ option.

We will email you once your order has been filled and is ready to pick up. Please do not come until you have received a confirmation!
